DEVELOPPEMENT OF A NEW PAN PACIFIC HOTEL IN BANGKOK
We are thrilled to have provided advisory services for the owners of a forthcoming hotel development in Bangkok under Pan Pacific Residences brand. The negotiation process involved four key documents, including a management contract. It took almost a year of negotiations and strategic planning from the initial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for all parties to achieve a comprehensive agreement on the hotel's documentation."
BID WON FOR THE VILLERS-COTTERÊTS CASTLE (FRANCE)
Ludovic is thrilled to have successfully won a bid, in cooperation with BearingPoint, in relation the transformation and renovation project of the Villers-Cotterêt castle, a property owned by the French State. This historical castle, dating back to François I is the property to the French State, boasts stunning architecture, and is expected to house the City of the French Language and attract numerous visitors and tourists to the region.T
As part of his role, Ludovic will provide advisory services to the National Monuments Center, assisting them in finding investment solutions for the development of a hotel that can effectively meet the growing demand. This hotel business development will require negotiation skills and strategic planning to persuade investors to invest, ultimately enhancing the region's appeal as a prominent tourist destination.
FINE WINE DINNER WITH CHÂTEAU d’ARCHE, GRAND CRU classé 1855
November 2022 was the opportunity for Ludovic and Vitisasia to organise a beautiful wine dinner for Château d’Arche, Grand Cru Classé 1855 at the Basque Kitchen in Singapore. Considered as one of the most innovative Châteaux in Bordeaux, Château d’Arche is neighbour of Château d’Yquem the producer of a fantastic sweet wine but also red, white, rosé, sparking wines, whisky, rum and gin. All ingredients were there for lucky guests to experience highly positive emotions and develop great rapport with one another. Here is a short video of event.

Ludovic was glad to be selected by the developer of a new Mondrian hotel of 250 rooms in central Bangkok to advise on the negotiation of a memorandum of understanding, management agreement and technical assistance agreement with a top 5 international operator. Being a hospitality lawyer by background with more than 20 years of experience in Asia and an expert negotiator certainly helped reaching the best outcome for his client.

MOVENPiCK RESORT Ao Nang krabi - Thailand
Glad to be part of this development and to have closed a management and technical assistance agreement with Accor in the representation of the property developer.
Situated 45 minutes from Krabi International Airport, the resort will feature 250 rooms, three F&B outlets, function rooms, swimming pools, kids club and a fitness centre.
The hotel is currently under development with estimated opening in 2023
A WEBINAR FOR the FRENCH GrANDES ECOLES ALUMNI
Following the success of the first webinar on negotiation and influence, Ludovic gave a similar webinar to the members of the French Grandes Ecoles Alumni Association based in Singapore (HEC, ESSEC, EDHEC, etc.). Around 50 top executives participated. The drop-off rate was null showing the great interest of the participants in the topic.

Singapore Fête Le Champagne
Ludovic, through Vitisasia, organizes almost every year since 2011 a luxury dinner gathering of 10 of the world’s best Champagne houses in Singapore with their brand ambassadors and grande cuvées. Development of Bawah Reserve
Bawah Reserve is a micro archipelago situated only 300km northeast of Singapore in the Indonesian Anambas. It comprises a number of 6 islets, 13 beaches, 3 lagoons, 2 mangroves and a 150m height primary forest. The owners of Bawah Reserve have made a conscious effort to create a fresh and unique hospitality experience there.
Ludovic assisted owners in the development of an eco-friendly resort by adding value to their project in the form of partnerships with brands sharing the same value (such as Vilebrequin, IWC, Francois Lurton, etc). Ludovic also played a key role in the set up of the Bawah Anambas Foundation.
Sale of BHMA Hotels & Resorts TO FLIGHT CENTre
BHMA is a regional Asian Pacific hotel management company providing management for hotels, resorts, villas, serviced apartments and branded residences. In 2017, founders of BHMA contacted Ludovic to find strategic investors and sell their shares. BHMA operated 14 properties in Thailand and had another 19 committed hotel projects in Asia at that time. Ludovic introduced the ASX listed Flight Centre Travel Group, which took full control of BHMA the same year.

Ludovic assisted the owners of a hotel to be developed in Bangkok Ekkamai in negotiating and signing a management agreement with AccorHotels and have their hotel operated under the Novotel brand and standards

Support to Grant Axe Rawlinson
Grant “Axe” Rawlinson is a New Zealand adventurer and public speaker who has lived in Singapore for more than 17 years. In 2018, Axe attempted the second trans-Tasman solo crossing on a rowing boat in human history with the objective of reaching his birthplace in New Zealand.
The “Ditch” (diminutive of the Tasman Sea) is considered in the ocean rowing community to be one of the most hostile crossings in the world.
Ludovic assisted Axe in promoting his expedition, finding sponsors and communicating on ocean plastic pollution.
