Beginning his career as a lawyer at Hewlett Packard in 1998, Ludovic soon discovered a passion for the dynamic fields of hospitality, luxury and lifestyle. In 2000, he transitioned to the Accor group, where he spent 14 years sharpening his expertise in hotel development, asset management, legal affairs, and building significant brand partnerships. This period allowed him to gain a deep understanding of the hospitality sector.
In 2014, Ludovic established an eponymous consultancy firm offering guidance on strategy and business development in the global hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle sectors. His work includes the negotiation of crucial hotel contracts, M&A, the creation of valuable partnerships, sourcing projects, distributors, investors, and organizing exclusive hospitality events.
Recognizing the significance of unforgettable gastronomic experiences, Ludovic founded Vitisasia in Singapore in 2011. Through exclusive dinners featuring celebrity chefs, top wine producers, luxury brands, and media, he honed his attention to detail, excellence and an ability to anticipate needs. These events not only enhanced the guest experience but also strengthened his network and provided a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality and luxury sectors beyond mere contractual aspects.
From 2011 to 2018, Ludovic co-established and managed a wine fund known as Wine Legends, which focused on the acquisition and investment in French and Italian fine wines. This venture deepened his insight into the wine industry and its potential as a valuable asset class.
Negotiation remains central to Ludovic’s activities, a skill he has refined over the years, leading to the publication of his first book, "The Master Key: Unlock Your Influence & Succeed in Negotiation," and the launch of his podcast, "CEO Insights." He provides tailored negotiation training and innovative speaking engagements to clients and their executives, equipping them with the tools needed for successful negotiations.

Drawing inspiration from historical figures who used wine and gastronomy as influential tools, Ludovic has seamlessly incorporated culinary experiences into negotiation strategies, utilizing them to achieve the best results.

Ludovic occasionally collaborates with international consulting firms as an expert on various hospitality projects, contributing as part of a team.
