A Brief of Vitisasia

In 2011, Ludovic co-founded Vitisasia, a lifestyle platform offering exclusive gastronomic experiences as effective forums for networking, developing rapports and generating profitable deals. Events organized by Vitisasia are supported by French Chateaux, celebrity Chefs, international banks, and luxury brands among others.

Almost every year, Vitisasia organises a signature event in Singapore called “Singapore Fête Le Champagne”. It gathers at least 10 of the world’s most renowned Champagne houses with their grandes cuvées and ambassadors.

Dinner Events

On November 22, 2023, an extraordinary evening unfolded at the  Bentley showroom in Singapore. It marked the grand return of Château Margaux to Singapore after a hiatus since 2018. The event, graced by Aurélien Valence, Deputy Managing Director of the château, celebrated exquisite tastes and craftsmanship.

Collaborations with Steinway and Kutaniyaki added an artistic flair. Culinary maestro Justin Quek curated a tantalizing dinner. Co-organized by Ludovic Tendron (Vitisasia) and Privato, the night wove elegance, flavor, and artistry into an unforgettable tapestry. 🍷🌟.

Delivering a true pleasure, we introduced 400 years of winemaking history and excellence to Singapore for the first time. Château d’Arche, a Grand Cru Classé 1855 Sauternes (and a neighbor of Château Yquem), graced the occasion. To elevate the wines, we curated a delightful pairing at Basque Kitchen by Aitor, helmed by Michelin-starred chef Aitor Jeronimo Orive. With all the right ingredients in place, our 35 fortunate guests were treated to surprise, positive emotions, camaraderie, and a memorable tale 🍷🥂🌟

At this gathering, at least 10 major Champagne houses showcase their finest offerings—their ambassadors and grandes cuvées. 50 fortunate guests from the Bank of Singapore enjoyed a private dinner at the House on Sathorn. The highlight? Michel Reybier’s wines, including the legendary Château Cos D’Estournel. These exquisite wines were expertly paired with a menu crafted by celebrity chef Fatih Tutak. 🍷🌟
